To stay healthy, adults aged 18-30 should try to be active daily and should do:

muscle-strengthening activities on 2 or more days a week that work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders and arms).
75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity such as running or a game of singles tennis every week, and muscle-strengthening
activities on 2 or more days a week that work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders and arms).
An equivalent mix of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity every week (for example 2 30-minute runs plus 30 minutes of fast walking), and muscle-strengthening activities on 2 or more days a week that work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders and arms).

There is currently no hepatitis C vaccine, but you can get vaccinated against both hepatitis A and B. Vaccine-induced immunity to pertussis is thought to last for 10 years following the last dose, so additional vaccination against pertussis is needed. Adolescents and adults who previously received only one dose of chickenpox vaccine should receive another. Any contaminated puncture wound, whether from a rusty nail bite or scratch, may require tetanus shot if you have not had one within 10 years.

Binge drinking is a factor that increases your chances for risky sexual behaviour, HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, car crashes and violence. It may cause significant damage to the brain and liver.

Your doctor may prescribe medications, such as nicotine patches and methadone, to control withdrawal symptoms and drug cravings. Often, a drug user has an underlying mental disorder, one that increases risk for substance abuse. Such disorders must be treated medically and through counseling along with the drug abuse.

Sexually transmitted infections: Sexually transmitted infections can be prevented. They are also treatable, and many are curable.
How to use condoms for safe sex :
1.Check the expiration date on the condom package.
2.Check for any punctures in the condom/wrapper by feeling the package to see if it contains an air bubble.
3.Carefully tear open the package, making certain not to tear the condom.
4.The condom should go on like a hat, not like a shower cap. Make certain that you place it on so that it unrolls easily down the outside of the penis. You shouldn't need to put your fingers inside the condom to unroll it.
5.Pinch the tip of the condom to remove any air. You want to leave room for the ejaculate when you roll it on the penis.
6.Holding the tip of the condom, begin to roll it down the shaft of the penis. There should be room at the end of the condom, but there should not be any trapped air. Roll the condom the rest of the way down the penis.
7.After ejaculation, hold onto the base of the condom while withdrawing your penis from your partner. Carefully remove the condom and dispose of it in the trash.

Chicken Diet Plan: A chicken diet involves using chicken as the central part of your eating plan. Chicken is low in fat and a healthy source of protein. Chicken soup diet is considered a fad diet and should only be followed with the approval of a doctor. You should follow the following steps for chicken diet as it is very low in calories.
Eat a low fat breakfast each morning. You are allowed one normal meal when following the chicken diet. Some examples of breakfast choices are: cereal with skim milk and a glass of orange juice; prune juice and whole wheat bagel with low fat cheese spread; nonfat yogurt mixed with fruit salad.
Prepare the chicken soup for the diet. You will combine vegetables (broccoli, carrots, onions, celery, turnips, and jalapeno peppers) with chicken broth and fresh chicken to make a large pot of soup. To flavor the chicken soup for your diet, add parsnips, dill, lemon juice, salt and garlic. The amount of each item will depend on how many servings you wish to make. You will cook the soup over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Eat the chicken soup throughout the remainder of the day. You are allowed only chicken soup for the rest of the day while on this diet. There are no restrictions on the number of servings you can consume.
Drink only water. Eliminate high calorie beverages on the chicken diet and drink six to eight glasses of water instead.
Follow the chicken diet for a week. This diet is not meant to be followed for the long term and should only be used if you need to drop a lot of weight in a short period of time.
